This Eatery Serves Up Best Soup On Long Island, Voters Say

Voters have determined that a popular eatery serves the best soup on Long Island, according to a report from Bethpage Best of Long Island.

Long Islanders voted that Nassau County restaurant NY Bone Broths serves the best soup, according to the website.

The restaurant is located in Franklin Square, at 402 Franklin Ave.

The owners say the restaurant simmers organic grass-fed beef bones and free-range chicken and turkey bones for more than 24 hours for its broths and uses organic vegetables, herbs and spices.

"I bought some grass-fed Beef Onion Soup bone broth and added some Swiss Gruyère cheese to it," Gail B., of Patchogue, said in a Yelp review. "I have never tasted a better French Onion Soup, not even when I was a high school exchange student umpteen years ago in suburban Paris."
